Bloom Where You Are Planted

I have always loved "scrapbooking" or making my own cards for people. I love calligraphy and arts and crafts. I love to sew or iron on beads or logos to clothes. I love fashion and creativity. Seeing the world differently... but for some reason not being able to draw or paint means I'm not an "artist" to everyone around me. But the world always has seemed more colorful to me than the black and white that surrounds them. I also write poetry and read other poets work religiously. It is my art and I love it. I love what SMASH* has brought to my life... utter happiness! It has taken something so simple and made it GRAND!

I attached the most simple pictures simply because I love its simplicity! SMASH* changed my life! It allowed me to have a carry/travel book I can constantly scrap in! And throw in some poems and live happily! It was just meant to be! My art on the go!

I've often heard people say, "I can't draw a straight line." That amazes me because there are very few straight lines in drawing! Your Smash book is beautiful and you are an artist.
